The 12 looks a more complex design, more retrofocus. On the Epson RD1 the 15 vignetted more than the 12, though Epson supplied correction software for all the CV lenses as a standalone and a PS plugin. Perhaps CV should offer the same to their customers with Leicas... I have not used the 15 recently. I bought a wide angle tri-elmar to go with the M8, so I use that instead. Henning is the expert, perhaps he will step in and help us out.
