Thanks for bringing the subject back to where I started. OF COURSE I would 
love the M9 but the price simply puts it out of the scene. I have a great 
Nikon system which I know and love, but my G11 can now take me back to the 
convenience of the M series, with pretty good control over what I am 
shooting at a sensible price that I can afford. Case closed!
