Frank my figures were from here (a small part of the Asian market) and from
Europe. The USA is not the most important part of Leica Camera's market.
The LUG is not all US membership either. I don't know where your figures
have come from but no matter; just the facts maa'am ;-)
Last financial report shows sales (in 1000 EURO):
Germany and rest of Europe 71,625
Asia and Australia 51,448 (I'm probably the 8 of that figure!)
USA, Canada and Mexico 34,690
