All-righty then. well when you have evolved further to be at one with LR
consciousness you will experience a moment of profound clarity and embrace
its power ;-)

My best guess currently is that the issue you saw was consequent to an
interruption in the writing from buffer to card in camera. The rest from me
was to try to reduce other possible causes from camera and computer
characteristics.
Unlikely in any event that Sandisk will do any fault-finding with your card.
A replacement is probably faster/cheaper for them (and will suit you best,
of course)..
