George,
With my MF back adapter, one simply removes the GG holder and replaces it
with the MF back holder. It's not that hard on the Technikarden S I have.
The back doesn't move: I use the back shift and rise/fall to move the MF
back around.
I'll have to try it again someday soon to see what I get...
