I'd suggest an occasional PSA in the 50's and if normal, no further testing. And here's an interesting condemnation of the current testing strategy; form the discoverer of PSA, no less: http://www.nytimes.com/2010/03/10/opinion/10Ablin.html More testing is not always better.
