Subject: [Leica] IMG: Friday Flower - late...

Went up to the top of the Haleakala volcano today. Not the tip top, which
is at about 14,000, but up to where the road ends at about 10,000.
The Silver Sword is indigenous to this volcano and is found nowhere else in
the world as a native plant. I've not been able to capture a decent image
of one the last 2 times up, but I like this as it shows a blooming plant
behind a dead one. I believe they live to be about 25 years old; pretty
impressive for that climate.
