If that is still the case, having Kindermann handle the conversion directly would be cheaper. Probably worth getting a quote from them regardless. I think I paid about $500-$600 about a decade ago to convert 3 lens to 3-cam, have 2 broken SL evaluated and have all the lens TLC'ed.
