I've been looking for information about import duties in UE, but it seem it's information reserved for pros, I don't know. It's usually around 10%, but the local taxes are very different in each country. For an example, the price of a graphic design program I use every day, CorelDraw, which is 499$ in USA, is 771$ in GB, 933$ in Spain, 945$ in France...
