I'll second that. I have used AppleCare several times for little and big
things. Apple always had come through though not always as fast as I like. I
use my laptop abut 12+ hours a day and the keyboard always start to die
after about 2-3 years. Always replaced promptly when I show them I have a
problem (usually a sticky key). I am on my 4th MacBook Pro since about 2001
and I replace them every 3 years.
Call Adobe and find out how much would it cost of switch your existing
license if you wish to consider a Mac.
Unlike the rants you may see on Ars Technica, Apple is not evil. They have a
specific product design approach which the Linux crowd just can't stand. :)
Regards,
Spencer
