[Leica] Live view and TTL "m"

Sonny et. al, unfortunately, the Leica metal plate makes the Eyefi not work
too well.

In theory, one can design a gadget that hooks up to EVF port and wirelessly
transfer the data to an iPad or other remote devices for display. However,
the bandwidth required exceeds those of Wifi and other wireless technology.
The wireless USB may be fast enough but it's an on-again-off-again
proposal. That and of course everyone has their own EVF connection standard.
