Right now I'm using an R to M adapter and an M to T adapter stacked on each
other to use the 100 Macro on the SL. I've just ordered the Leica R to T
adapter which should make things easier. It is ridiculously expensive!!!
$750 for an adapter. But it's the only one that does this: This adapter
maintains infinity focus and the adapted lens' focal length, and also
supports the camera's use of aperture-priority metering, as well as manual
exposure mode.

The Nikon ES-1 slides in and out like an extension tube for focusing. It
is finicky, though. I have to refocus every time I change slides.

The Beseler Slide Duplicator has a bellows. I may go back to using that if
I can figure out how to attach the camera securely. Once you get it set
up, it's much easier to change the slides.
