?Sony's are not nearly as good as the Leica M with Leica M wide angles.
The Sony cover glass is thick and gives Leica M wides a curved field of
focus.
I had Kolarivision put a thin cover glass on one of my Sony's. Still, it's
not as good with the M wides. The Leica M9 microlenses over the sensor are
apparently more tuned to wide angles.
That said, I now shoot a Sony with the the OEM thicker cover glass and use
a Loxia 21 which is designed for the thicker glass. I think is better than
any similar wide I had on my M9.?
