Subject: Discontinued Extension Tubes

I have just come into the possession of an old set of extension
tubes for the Leicaflex SL. These tubes are # 14134, which have no diaphram
actuation capability. Can these tubes be used with modern (3 cam) lenses on
the R bodies without restriction as to what lens can be bayoneted into the
extension tube? I am concerned about potential damage to the mounts of the
3 cam lenses.
        Thanks, in advance, for replies.
