The Russar is discussed in both 300 LEICA COPIES and HPR's LEICA COPIES as
well as having been written up several years ago by Roger Hicks in the 'Bug.
It has, I recall, four elements, and is a straight Topogon design skillfully
adapted by the Russians.  My references aren't at hand but I can check and
provide more info if you like.
