In most cases, why would you think that? Film is film. Agitation might 
make a difference, but unless the film is different (like some versions 
of Tri-X which have differences in addition to size) there's not much 
reason one would have more fog than the other. Except maybe it takes 
longer to spool on the reel in a not-so-darkroom? <g>
