Although I generally prefer APX-100 with Rodinal, I did use it
with D-76 1:1 once and the results were quite nice. I don't have the
time here - I think that it was something around 9 minutes - but I can
tell you how I calculated it. I took a film for which I had times in
D:76 1:1 and Refinal, Afga's version of D-76 (Rodinal would work too) and
worked out a conversion factor, applying it to the Refinal time that I
had for the APX100. Thus, if Plus-X took 9 minutes in D-76 1:1 and 6
minutes in Refinal, and APX100 takes 5 minutes in Refinal, you would
multiply the 5 minutes by 1.5 (9/6) to get 7.5 minutes. This should put
you in the ball-park and, as I said, you could use Rodinal times if you
don't have Refinal times, although they might not work quite as well.

I did make a copy of the following posting a while ago, which
should help you with the APX25

Here are some Kodak developer times for APX25 from an AGFA data sheet
from 1991:

Developer	Dilution	Min@20C

D76 7
HC-110 1+31 6
Microdol X 12
T-Max 1+4 6.5
T-Max RS 5
