My formula for hundreds of rolls of Tmax 100
Incident metered
shoot at the rated speed.
Process in HC-110 dilution B
Pull the processing 30 secounds at the 68 degree time.
Results perfect every time.
BTW-I print on a Focomat II-c with a Ilford Multigrade diffusion head.
If you are printing on a condenser enlarger you may have to pull more.
