I was in B+H in November. Their collection of used equipment changes daily,
but they seemed to have a large stock of M3s and M4s, so I would expect
that those would be available. They only had one Summicron when I went (a
mint Canadian-made version for $850). The glass was perfect, the body was
mint-, and there was no pressure to make the sale. Gerry, the Leica man,
hung around while I looked, examined, and occasionally asked a question. I
didn't notice that they had a large selection of other M lenses. My
impression was that they were a) low on stock due to the upcoming holidays
or b) don't always have a big supply on hand.

If there's something specific that you want I would call first. I would
also shop around. You'll probably be disappointed if you go to just one
used camera store hoping to find exactly what you want. Other folks here
might be able to suggest places in Manhatten that are good alternatives.
