I'm afraid that you're probably right, sadly. I only use Kodachrome except
in very unusual circumstances, but the 10 days for processing is a pain.
BTW - I recently aquired about 1500 stereo slides dating as far back as
1953, all on Kodachrome and none exhibiting any fading problems.
