Subject: 135 mm screw mount lenses

I have two questions:

Does anyone have experience about the optical quality of
the f4.5 / 135 Hektor lens? I read that "quality was improved
by the Elmar". Does this mean the quality was lower than usual?

Was the post-war Elmar f4 /135 produced with screwmount?
