Hi all,

I am trying to document a black Leica engraved "KRIEGSMARINE
MF.002.017"   

Can the number be traced back to a ship/military unit/or even
individual?

Also, the camera, the wartime Xenon, and the variable finder all have
Arrows engraved on them pointed foward.  What were their purpose?
