Hello Adissak Soon,
mainly the rangefinder
M4 1967-75 35,50,90,135
                 S# 1.175.001-1.443.170
M4-2 1978-80 reintroduction after the M5 flop (Sorry to all M5
lovers)
with X-flash-shoe, fits to winder M4-2, otherwise like
M4 but without
                 selftimer
                 17100 Expl. S# 1.480.001- 1.533.350
M4-P 1981-87 28,35,50,75,90,135 otherwise like M4-2, all made in
Canada
                 22444 Expl. S# 1.543.351-????
Reason for the M4-2: After stopping M5 in 1975 was a great demand for
RF-cameras.
Reason for the M4P: The new Summiluy 75mm

Based on Dennis Laney; Leica; Das Produkt und Sammler-Buch 1995

Best wishes
Hendrik
