I also have a Gossen that I like to use inside. (Too big to carry) What I like 
is the nul meter operation. Great for figuring lighting ratios.

That said, I also use a Sekonic Studio Deluxe. I've used it for years. A meter 
movement may be vulnerable to damage, but mine has taken a lot of knocks in 
stride with no effect. A GREAT meter for difficult metering situations.
