Leica nr. 368415 would be a wartime IIIC, dating probably from 1940/41.
The lens is a collapsible Elmar, a fine Tessar clone and the lens on which
Leica's reputation was built.  The camera is not rare, and the lens is common.

With a bad VF and erratic shutter, this combination would be worth $100 or
so in the US.
