I must apologize;  I was misleading before.  I wrote my description from 
memory, remembering that I found the character of the out-of-focus areas 
disturbing but clearly not remembering the precise appearance of those areas.
On looking at the photo again, I would emend my description above by removing 
the word ``doubled''.
