Among the Leica friends that I know, I am sorry to tell you that the P150
has a bad reputation. This projector is reported to have problems, as it
breaks easily, and spends most of its time at the repairmen. (At least, this
was the situation 2-3 years ago).
I was in my shop to buy a P150 a few years ago, and I was a bit puzzled that
the salesman wanted to test it before he sold it to me (later, I realized
why...). Well, this sample was faulty, so he unpacked another one. I was
astonished to see that this one also was faulty...
Well, he sent both back, and three weeks later I was there to pick up yet
another one. Guess what, this one was faulty too.
Then the shop owner made me a real good offer on a P2000, and I decided to
get that one instead! It has been working for 3 years now, with no problems
whatsoever! (I also have an old Pradovit Color with the same lens, still
working fine but with no autofocus).
I told the P150 story to my friends in the Gothenburg Leica club, and I
learnt that it was best to stay away from this projector, as there were
other members with the same bad experiences.

So, I think it is safest to get a P300 or better. The Colorplan 2,5/90 can
also be found on the used market.

Well, this was my story, lets see what other people say! Maybe the P150 only
had a temporary problem...

/Hans
