G'day,

Well I've finally taken the bait and bought a user LTM 111F. Now I can try
some of those old lenes that have been hailed on the list for over a year.
I fell in love immediately with the feel of the camera. I have small hands,
and this baby makes the M3 look and feel quite "huge" to me. I am having
some trouble indentifying its roots. The camera itself has had a new shutter
installed, and this may account for my confusion. By serial number it
should come from the first batch, 531816, and its shutter speeds are
30,40,60,100,200,500,1000, with a 'red' 30 and the slow dial T, 1, 2, 4, 30
[red], 20, 15,10. If a new shutter was installed, did the red dial get put
on. If the new shutter was installed did the camera still have the same
shutter speeds as the BD? I have seen pictures of RD with the red as 25 and
30 and the number series different and the same as mine, but the books seem
to denigh this as a possibility.

Thanks for the help, I'll be asking for some screw mount tips as I roll
some film through it.

OBTW lens is summitar 50 cm 734504 with a slight haze but few scuffs.

Cheers
