Subject: True Wide Angle Design Lenses

I was wondering if anyone knows the answer to my question....are any fo the
current Leica M lenses a "true wide angle design" lenses or are they all
"retrofocus".  I know that the Contax G wide angle lenses are "true wide
angle design" and thusly by nature would be sharper.
