Subject: Re: M6 range finder w/ lens longer than 75mm??

I have a 90 Tele-Elmarit, 90 Summicron and 135 Tele-Elmar which I use on M2
(the 90's) and M6 bodies with superlative results. The 135 gets shot
wide-open most of the time and occasionally so do the 90's, and the
rangefinder seems to handle it admirably. The 135 Elmarit, with its limited
DOF @ f2.8, exceeds the rangefinder's capability, and that's why Leica make
it with the integral goggles. The finder outlines for the 90 and 135 are
quite small (less so on the M3) but nonetheless usable. The 135 f/4 is an
incredible lens. Go ahead and enjoy!
