I just had this done with a 135mm R lens that was a 2 cam as well as a
90mm lens.  I had it done at DAG in Wisconsin.  They did a terrific
job.  It's around $125.00 per lens.  Again I was very happy with the
work.  The man's name is Don and the number is; 608-838-4769.
