Hi all

I hope that someone can help me on this one. I have the last version =
non-asph 35mm Summicron which unfortunately received a nasty scratch on =
the rear element. (no, I wasn't cleaning it at the time!). I replaced it =
with the 35mm F2.0 aspherical, but was thinking to have it fixed as a =
backup / second lens. Does anybody know whether the rear element can be =
replaced and, if so, what does it cost, ballpark figures ? Is it =
economically worth fixing or should I just use the lens as a sort of =
very small nicely made precision paperweight?

Best wishes and thanks in advance

Harold Gess =20
