I have been told that the two largest new Leica dealers in the US, by
FAR, are

B&H in NY (supposedly  Leica personel are used as B&H sales people
there)

CameraWorld in Oregon.

the point of this is that if anyone has them in stock, they probably
do--although someone like  Chatterton is likely to give you better
service.
