Hello there.

I have always been under the impression that a zoom lens will not be as
good as a fixed lens. Is this true?  What are the differences.  Right
now I have an R4s w/50f2 Summicron, a 90 2.8 Elmarit and a 135 2.8
Elmarit.  If I had a 70-210, would that cover those focal lengths
correctly?  I'm a little confused and as usual would appreciate some
clarification.
