It does seem to be  a strange anomoly that there are more DR Summicrons 
without 'goggles' for sale than 'goggles without their lens...
Perhaps it's easier to lose the goggles than the lens...

The "finder" is only used in the closeup mode. I've seen them sold
separately but I'd look for a complete unit.
