Noel, I don't doubt your words but in my long and evil existence, I have returned a LOT of things and have never been asked for anything called an "RMA". Of course, HAD someone asked for an "RMA", I would have told them to go to Hell, rapidly, and would have spoken to their supervisor. I will not tolerate such rudeness.
