To achieve a one stop density change: soak the neg. in water and re-fix it in
a plain hypo solution.  Then place it in a Selenium toner solution diluted 1:2
with Kodak Hypo-Clearing Agent for min followed by washing.  This mainly
effects the Zone 5-8 range with very little change in deep shadow.
