You have a model IIIa (also known as a model G) made in 1937.

Your lens is a 1936 vintage Summar.

An accurate price is difficult to give as condition descriptions vary
so much.  From what can be told by your condition description, and in
consideration that the IIIa w/Summar is quite common, it is probably
in the neighborhood of a $300 to $350 camera if everything is
original.  That price would only apply to a private party as dealers
would probably offer you half that amount (they want to make a profit).
