There are two versions of the 2.8/90.  The first is a five-element lens,
Leitz 11800, produced between 1964 and 1974;  this is the "fat
Tele-Elmarit".  The second is the four-element lens, Leitz 11250, produced
between 1974 and 1989;  this is the "skinny Tele-Elmarit".
