Subject: [Leica] Leica Users vs Collectors Average age ?

The point (seemingly lost) is the average age of the LHSA membership not the
age of the average of Leica owners. The society has several members near 80.
It takes many years and much money to build up a substantial Leica collection
& this alone would preclude young people from being members of the past LHSA
which was heavily biased towards the collector. Even today, the man that
aided
the interest of Leica collecting more than anyone (Jim Lager) is in his early
50's

I don't know if there is any interest in the average LUGgers age (I am 70 &
not)
but if anyone starts a poll --- PLEASE DO IT BY PRIVATE MAIL.
