From whom? The comments on the LUG have been rather positive about the 4.5/135 Hektor, as are most printed sources. I am not aware of any critical comment of the design save for its slow speed. It IS an older design and more current designs are a bit sharper and have higher contrast, but the 4.5/135 is a perfectly satisfactory lens for general photography.
