Subject: [Leica] Noctilux Success

i picked up the first rolls of slides taken using a noctilux at night
today, on the Fujichrome 100/1000 and Agfachrome 400 film.

i'm knocked out. incredible lens, amazing potential. i hesitated a long
time before buying the lens. i've got a few shots that justify the
puchase many times over. priceless.

i recommend the agfachrome for people shots. it handles skin tone very
nicely indeed.

i also picked up a roll of b&w, shot on tmax 3200. several more
priceless shots.

thank you leica. (and jeff and tom for being patient)(especially jeff
for helping get the processing on my test rolls sped through the system
so that i wasn't shooting blind).

as a general comment, i find that i have to over-expose about half
a stop to achieve an ideal balance between light & dark. comments
from other noctilux users ?
