It certainly seems that Leica is not particularly well suited to such photojournalistic work as you describe. I am hopeful that there is enough of a market for Leica in the arena of serious amateurs and pros who concentrate in other areas. The recent introduction of the several new M lenses is quite important to me and I hope Leica can keep up the pace. It would be a shame if they were to disappear. However, I suspect that if they really get into financial trouble that Canon or someone else would buy them. I wonder what the results would be? Tom Shea
