Use it at about 1/2 stop (i.e. halfway between f4-5.6) from max. aperture. Focus carefully and at speed of 1/250 sec. Otherwise it is easy to get fuzzy pics from camera shakes (in my experience). VERY Good value for about $400. IMO, the top of the crop is the 90 Summicron M (I have experience only with the semi-latest version - non APO non ASPH) used at full aperture. Focus very carefully on the eyes only! Beats the pants off the 90 Elmarit which is flare prone with backlit subjects. Dan K. BTW, does anybody have a Rollei SLR 80-250 Bay VI shade for sale?
