Sorry good buddy, you just gave him very bad advice!!!!!!! The gain 
value far out strips any negative concerns when the surgery is in the 
hands of a very skilled doctor. 

You are right about what happens during an error in surgery. However, it 
is very rare and if Jay has any doubts, come to Canada and I'll get him 
the best eye guy in the country and there wont be any screw-up!

I've worked with some of the best eye surgeons in the country and have 
yet to see or hear of them making an error. Besides laser surgery these 
days is so simple in the hands of a ""skilled surgeon"" (despite what we 
might think they are not all skilled) IE: your tv programme!

Probably what the tv programme didn't say was, how many hundreds of 
thousands of people who have eye sight because of laser surgery! You see 
that doesn't make a tv program as we all know "bad news " makes for 
better stories.

So Jay, anytime you get serious about laser surgery give me a call and 
we'll see about getting you fixed up.  Providing laser surgery is a 
necessity.
