The .85 has a larger viewing image and therefore wider effective
rangefinder base. It is somewhat easier to use with a 90 or 135. The
downside is loss of the 28mm frame line and a harder to see (with glasses)
35 frameline. (BTW These are discontinued and may be hard to find)

This is a good selection. If you intend to buy new, there is a new 90 Asph.
Apo due out soon. It might be worth the weight. Consider alsothe 75
Summilux, which is incredible.
