Hi Bob,

 The Foton is a spring motor driven classic camera made by Bell and Howell
in 1948.  I believe that B&H only made them for very short period time
because their marketing failed due to its high price ($700 in 1948).
 It has a mechanical spring motor that can wind up to 6 frames per second.
It is really impressive.
