Good heavens.  A mint black SA is in the $1800-$2000 range from those
I've seen advertised.  I'd hardly take the chance to ruin it based on
someone's *say-so* that you can meter...albeit *only* with the lens on
close-focus and *only* with compensation...on an M6.   Then add the value
of your labour time and you could likely afford the ASPH from the get-go.
