I think he has an excellent point here. The by now famous - and in production
- - Yasuhara (sp?) camera would not exist if there weren't a need in this area.
Yasuhara-san is very aware that he could make an M-mount version of his
camera, but is afraid of, in his words, putting another German camera company
out of business. Leica is missing an opportunity here.

Oh, and Eric - Canon _has_ lowered prices on the 540EZ and 1n, among others,
and has been offering some rebates on better equipment (70-200L, etc.).
