Arturo,

The early winders raised all sorts of hell with the M4-2.  The advance motor
had too much torque and would damage the camera.  The newer ones are a lot
better.  They are noisy, and many have the characteristic "thump".  I had one
that thumped so badly, it would make a quarter bounce when laid on the front
part of the winder.

Tom's Rapidwinder on the other hand has none of these problems.  Since it is
human powered, you can't overtorque the camera on the advance.  It is also
very quiet and built like a tank.  They extended advance lever makes a
formidable weapon.  If you ever have a problem with it, Tom is an e-mail or
phone call away.
